What data we use

What you give us in our forms or by email. For a gift video: the recipient's name (and age, if you give it), what you tell us about them, the message, your email and, if you upload it, your pet's photo. For a monthly plan: your name, your email, your character and your videos. For a business: its name, what it sells, colors, country, your email, website and logo.

What for

Only to make your preview or demo, reply to you and provide the service. We don't sell or share your data for other purposes and we don't add you to mailing lists.

Who we share it with

• AI providers that generate images, voices and videos: they only get what your order needs, never your email.
• The email service we use to send you your video.
• PayPal or Recurrente, which process your payment: we never see your card details.
• The publishing service we use to post your videos, if you connect your social accounts; we never see your password.
• The service that protects and delivers this website.

How long

Gift videos, with their photo and data, are deleted after 30 days; we only keep the payment record the law requires. Monthly plans are deleted 30 days after they end. Business demos that don't become clients are deleted after 30 days, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it anytime by writing to [email protected].

Cookies

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. To learn which parts of the site are useful, we count visits anonymously: which page, which country, phone or computer, and where you came from. We don't store your IP address or browser details, and we can't follow you from one day to the next. These counts are deleted after 30 days.
