Frequently asked questions
What's a short?
A video of about 7 seconds: the line that hooks and a clear invitation, like "order yours today". Basic and Daily videos are longer and tell more about your business.
How do you post on my networks?
From your client page you connect your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or Facebook with a button, signing in to each network with your own account. We never see your password. We only post videos you approved: 1 a day on Shorts and Daily, or Monday, Wednesday and Friday on Basic, at the time you choose. Switch it off anytime.
Do I have to approve every video?
We send you the month's scripts together. Approve them all with one button, or ask for changes on any and we redo them. No video is made without your written OK.
Who writes the scripts?
We suggest them based on your business, or you give us your text. We never make up prices, promotions or testimonials.
Does it replace a social media manager?
It does the part that takes the most time and money: making a video and posting it several times a week. It doesn't answer messages or comments: you or your team keep doing that.
Is my business's mascot mine?
Yes. Once you pay, the mascot designed for you and its videos are yours. We never use it for another business or show it without your permission.
Is it obvious it's AI?
It's made with artificial intelligence and we don't hide it: the mascot, the voice and the video are AI. It's an animated character and never pretends to be a real person.
Do you guarantee sales or followers?
No. Nobody honest can. We make sure every video hooks from the first second, but each network decides the views. What we do guarantee is delivering what we agreed, on time, with 2 rounds of changes.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Switch plans for the next month, or cancel with 7 days' notice before the next charge. If none of the 3 Starter mascots works for you after the changes, we refund 100 %.
